ok..... i get what you are saying but you also have to think, stephenie meyer is a young author she hasn't had bunches of book experience for 1. for 2 her book was based off of a dream not some stupid thing she made up when she was young so you can expect it to be a little crazy where it doesnt make sense sometimes. and 4 stephenie's audience is teenagers not adults so it doesnt matter how well its written to teenagers. also she wasnt copying anybody so if she wants vampires to sparkle they can.
