As of right now electric vehicles are horrible choices, unless you live in an area that is warm year round and you can afford to pay the price of the vehicle every so many miles when the battery is ruined. Hydrogen is a much better solution, and more research should be done with hydrogen vehicles, not electric.

its a great idea, (particularly the battery drop idea) but i think the main problem with these cars is the infrastructure that would have to be put in place in order for them to actually be worth buying, we have a world that revolves around oil and petrol and i doubt that is about to change and when it does you can bet it will be a slow painful process!
