Hot Rod Vespa 400 road test debut

Our new 1960 Vespa 400 out for a 1st drive.
www.MPHspecialties.com personal work in progress car. On a mission to de-cobble an older transplant project. Safety 1st!. Rebuilt all the brakes, repaired e-brake, installed new sealed wheel bearings, tune up, oil changes, electronic ignition upgrade, buffed the old laquer paint, de - rusted and painted the exhaust. .....lots more work to do! Another never ending project. yeah!

where did you buy it from.? i love this car...

I got it from a buddy. Build history is unknown. I'd guess it was converted in the 60's-70's when Bugs were popular

Maybe. The massive 1600cc low rev torque and reverse gear is so nice though.....
