@XanderTheFox Thats cause he's the ancient alternative universe ancestor of Zapp brannigan, They both seem to share the idea that if they throw enough lives at the problem that are not their's it will be solved (That why everytime I have to deal with his stupidy when I play the game I just watch the scene with him and selveria that alwayies put's a smile back on my face xD) If not for the good members in both the miltia and the army that are not corruptm Gallia would have lost the war long ago.
