Many times I have attended rallies in Melbourne and Adelaide on the

behaviour of governments concerning the rights of workers. It is clear

to me both political parties work together hand and foot , it is also

clear that our purported poly's, that we vote for do not re- present us

but represent THE PARTY'S they belong to (who are they) . It has now

been discovered that the constitution, the act to constitute Australia , is british (UK) law.

As signing members of the UN human rights

treaty it states that no country shall be ruled by another (an act of

war) . Furthermore when Howard swore an oath he swore to Queen Victoria

her heirs and successors , while Rudd swore to the Queen of Australia .

So my Question is who is the queen of Australia and what instrument did

they change (without referendum) to introduce to 'crown a new Queen'

Furthermore as a founding member of the league of nations brought

about through instruments such as the treaty of Versailles , we gained

full independance from the British crown , so why are we still ruled by

an illegitamate Monarch and westminster system when it is quite clear

they are a fraud on the Australian people . Furthermore in the' act of

settlement 1700' UK it states that the Queen is appointed by parliment

, this makes her a public servant and not an absolute monarch .

only have to look at the laws that are signed off by her , she signs in

the top right hand corner and not the bottom left , where all lawful

contracts are signed . Conclusion , if the governments instrument of law

is based on fraud then isnt it true that anyone who swears an oath doing

the same, ie; government ministers , police armed forces etc . It seems

we are STILL fighting the same enemy THE CROWN OF LONDON and its red

coat soldiers!

You need to right a letter of your WILL , eg Dear honourable DH , as it is my will under law , to inform you of the disgraceful court action taken against Ark Tribe , what are you going to do to protect the rights and freedoms of this man and others , considering this is a serious breach of human rights .
