Some Road Safety Adverts are quite clever, but when a moronic one shows up, we can't help to spice it... ...and ask a few questions.
Why was a child this young by herself doing near a road to begin with? Where was the legal guardian or parent? Are roads play pens for children? Do parents really think the world is a child's playground? Has the world lost the plot or we still have a few sane people left?
