Appreciate- 8 JB Sis Marathon-4

I stood up and put my diary in my underwear drawer. They wouldn't DARE go in there for my diary. I followed them to the front yard. Joe got in the driver's seat, and I just stood there. Kevin got in the passenger seat. Nick was about to get in the back of the van, but he saw me. "You getting in?" he asked. "Not with Joe driving. I've seen the commercials." I stated. Joe glared, but Kevin and Nick burst out laughing. "Come on, I'll drive." Kevin smiled. I wouldn't smile. I was trying my very best not to. It worked. Joe grumbled some words I couldn't hear as he switched seats with Kevin. I got into the back with Nick. When we got to Dairy Queen, I got a chocolate and vanilla swirl, with every topping I could manage. Might as well make them pay more. They seemed to know my plan, because I heard Kevin say, "I- uh- left my wallet at home." I saw his wallet sticking out of his pants. Joe sighed and paid. Kevin and Nick smiled at me, and I rolled my eyes. I went to sit at a table. They followed. I started eating my ice cream. Huh, who new sprinkles and walnuts, regular nuts, and m 'n' m's go together? It was silent as we ate our ice cream. When I finished, I got up to throw my napkin away. I heard a scream. Ugh. Then, a lot of high-pitched, girly screams. I turned to the guys, and they were sighing autographs. YES. My perfect escape. Nick came over and took my arm. Dang. He took me over back to the group. He let go, then kept signing autographs. I would've snuck off, but he kept looking up at me. I crossed my arms and sighed. After a LONG time, the crowd went away. By then I got another ice cream cone and finished that. When the last girl left, I sighed again. Joe, Nick, and Kevin sat back down tired. "Ugh, my hand is pounding," Joe complained. Kevin and Nick agreed. I would've called them babies, but I was dieing to get home and away from public. "Just take me home," I rolled my eyes. They got back up and we went back to the van. Nick took the driver's seat this time. Kevin was in the passenger seat, and I was next to Joe. "So what's your favorite color? Joe asked, breaking the silence on the way home. I rolled my eyes and ignored him. When we got home, I went straight up to my room. I closed my door before Nick could get in. I locked the door right as he tried to open the door. "I'm not leaving, just want some space." I said before he could start freaking out. I lay on my bed and shut my eyes... "DINNER!!" Mom yelled. I woke up with a start. I shook my head quickly to get rid of the tiredness. I got up and unlocked the door. When I opened the door, Nick sighed in relief. I thought you were dead and gone. he said. [okay, he said dead OR gone, but I just had to put that ;p] I ignored him and went downstairs. First family dinner. I sat in between Mom and Frankie. I was across from Dad. I didn't want to sit next to Nick or Joe, or Kevin. They're too annoying. We said grace and began putting food on our plates. I didn't move. Frankie just looked at me. "You going to eat?" he asked. I looked at Dad. He sighed and gave me an apologetic look. Probably meaning to say something like, 'sorry this is the first time you eat with us'. I hesitantly grabbed a bread roll. I wasn't very hungry after the two ice cream cones. I began to nibble on it for Frankie's sake. Not that I should give him what he wants after he got all their attention instead of me. "So, Hayden, how did you meet Justin?" Mom asked, breaking the nice silence. I preferred silence than talking to them. "He was my waiter at the diner." I said, quietly. There was a knock on the door. Joe got up and went to the door. He opened it and I smiled when I heard, "Is Hayden here?!" from two of the same voices. I got up and ran to the door. "Lily, Allison!" I screamed and hugged them. They hugged back. "So you went home?!" Lily asked, loudly, in shock. "Ugh, dont say that. My boyfriend made me come back." I said. "Boyfriend?!" Allison screamed.
