It is a gentle exfoliater as a cream, so it is ideal for skin that cant take the harshness of a full scrub like me.

martanytko is right. The Cleansing Cream isin't meant to be used as a scrub but as a daily cleanser, even though it has exfoliating bits in it. You're supposed to press and roll, not scrub it onto your skin. Love Hauschka - been using it for a while and it's so amazing.

I'm confused by the rolling/pressing technique that Dr. Hauschka recommends for it's Cleansing Cream. Could you possibly do a video how to?!!
