【本報訊】食肆開爐,加價臨門。高級食府中環鏞記酒家,年初四開市便加價,招牌菜「傳統炭燒飛機鵝」加至 480 元,升幅約 4.3% ,是該店 9 個月內第二次調整價格。其他大型酒家如 叙 福樓集團及鴻星集團,也將加價 5% 至 10% ,聲稱是應付食材及租金成本上揚。記者:翁煜雄
