@mermeloc Bristol will definitely be better for night life and debatably a more active and lively city. Also you probably wouldn't have the same work load as Cambridge so may have more free time. But if you've got an offer from Cambridge I wouldn't turn it down as it would probably look stronger on a CV (depending what you want to do). Cambridge people are stereotypically less social but I'm sure most students are like you and want to have a blast
