This video would've been A LOT better if it had a second person to help. Trying to teach workshops by yourself is a lot more difficult.

We use this as a group warm up. Everyone stands in a circle. As one person starts an activity, someone jumps in from the circle and asks "What are you doing?" The switch takes place and the first actor jumps out. Then someone else asks "what are you doing" to the second person who has started the suggested activity. This gets everyone in and out of the circle fast.And all participate.
