@vizmike321 you ever hear of somolia, they basicly ruined it for all the african countrys, the US military had to go into somolia in the early 90s to protect UN food shipments, that somolian warlords wer stealing and keeping for themselfs and their militias.. after a short time in the country, the usa ended up in a war with all the civilians who they came to protect, and ended up withdrawling from somolia soon after the battle of mogadishu, because of this, they didnt help in rwanada or congo
