you are sooo cute! :) so maybe you can explain exactly how to go from hooping horizontal to vertical. i thought this would be an easy movement but i cant do it! Every time i try it gets all sloppy and goes crazy

So yeah, the "amazing" trick in question is at 13 seconds. I'm not sure what to call it, but I'm gonna stick with Vertical Shoulder Hooping until someone tells me otherwise. Happy Hooping y'all!
