Paul Bocuse, the great French chef shows me his Michelin 3 star restaurant on the banks of the Saone. Watch the ballet of serving the 48 diners. This is haute cuisine.

  • @mammoth9119 this guy bokuze should be working in the army....or maybe as president of a country....with his organizational skills and craftsmenship he can cook any big job....noy like the inept people we elect that have nothing to offer but empty words

  • @mammoth9119 Marvellous video. I love love love things like this. Real cooking, real restaurants real craftsmen doing things at such a high standard. Wonderful. Thank you for posting.

  • thanks for the upload, breathtaking to watch.. could you explain the dish descriptions of what you had, i.e the soup was it bread a or puff pastry lid on that soup ?

  • @mammoth9119 served by extremely well trained obedient unfaultering slaves

  • Furthermore, read a book, Gordon Ramsay has worked for Joel Robuchon and Guy Savoy. The stupidity of people like you is astonishing.

  • @abonawas Have you ever been to a Michelin 3-star restaurant?
