yes, they are very dead. I am aware of that.

Note: I am not self-taught. You should never attempt to dance on pointe without the proper training or guidance from a trained teacher.

To the ballerina who knows every cliche--

I don't know why you were being so defensive in your description of the video. I thought you were great, better than a lot of the amateur videos I've seen put up here.

You're doing quite well, make no mistake. This film has no soundtrack, no music at all. But maybe it's best to let your dance speak for itself.

I had done pointe for about 6 years. I haven't danced in a while, this video is almost 2 years old.

i dont know why there leaving mean comments, if they dont like the video, leave. i personally love watching people dance in pointe shoes, it fascinates me. I'm getting my pointe shoes this year, and im so excited! My dance teacher finally said i was ready!

Wow, you dance like a pixie...so light on your feet. It's especially lovely the way you lift out of your pointe shoes. Your echappes are fabulous.

Your left foot appears to be putting the weight on the fifth (pinky toe), rather than the first and second toes. A toe spacer between the first and second toes can help. However, this could simply be because the box is losing its support because of wear and tear and a new pair of toe shoes might be in order.

Your feet and legs look good!

hm for me, you've got some skills.. just brush it up a little. but overall very good echappes. for other rude ballerinas.. well idk why most 'ballerinas' in youtube are very rude. none in my class is rude. we support each other by giving nice comments and constructive criticism. and there IS a line between constructive criticism and plain mean. these rude so-called-ballerinas in youtube certainly have to know how to relax lol and you should'nt have stopped ballet!
