  • @taegonk Yes, they are similar BUT:

    wet blanket: someone who brings down the 분위기

    that's so lame: that joke/comment was really 썰렁!

    You could say: That guy is so lame--he's a wet blanket. (That guy is so 썰렁, he always 분위기 깨"!!!

  • I am impressed. He is a very good english teacher. There are not many caucasian English teachers who can explain English in both korean and english at the same time like he dose at his level. It's also enjoyable to watch his video because it's very friendly. I wish I had a English teacher like him when I was learning English. I could have mastered it long time ago.
