Barcelona Birds - Alfonso Velez - Pocket Show

I was recently given the privilege to play piano in Alfonso Velez's band. We've been practicing in this fantastic dance studio in the Flatiron District which is unfortunately being converted into office space, so we felt it would be appropriate to capture the space with a Pocket Show before its renovation. Here is Alfonso and guitarist John Kengla performing an original, "Barcelona Birds."

We're performing tonight, Monday November 29th, at Rockwood Music Hall. We'll be on at 9PM, opening for Trixie Whitley. Please enjoy the video and if you're free, come enjoy the show as well.
