What if I wanted to add carrots into it? Since they cook faster than potatoes, would I wait to throw those in later? And if so how much later? Or is it safe to throw them in at the same time as the papas? =) This video is the best one I've seen so far! =D
lol I used 1 cup of rice although I only had a pound of meat and there was WAAAY too much rice- it soaked up most of the stock! Oh well, still tasty. Thanks!
