well theres a few minor things that aren't quite right like keeping the china in 4 in that part near the last, and some small other things, but I did not bother editing them out because I got so frustrated with doing this .. camera wouldn't work right, and would mess up the sync, so I had to different recordings and sync them up hence the abrupt camera angle change. enkoy.. STILL NEED A BAND

  • Hell yeah man. Very humbling video. Your style demonstrates that a drum kit is what the drummer makes it. Excellent reasoning behind single pedal use as well. I share your philosophy here. You are now one of my favorite drummers. I hope to learn more from you.

  • @teamsleepprty Thanks, very humbling comment haha. Keep checking back for more, and don't hesitate to ask questions if ya got em! Peace

  • Wow. Looks like Jesus came back early...

  • @HardforJesus hahah what?? i lol'd at that hardcore

  • Pretty good. You've probably played the whole song through before but just couldn't get the footage you wanted, but why do you have the double bass pedal if you never use it? I didn't see it swing once and ona song like this I find it necessary when I play it. When you started counting I jumped out of my skin.

  • Yeah the camera wouldn't record the whole thing. As for the double bass pedal, i only use the single pedal because it is more difficult, and trains responsiveness and speed in the right foot. always push yourself man. and yeah spose' the counting should have been done with the sticks haha

  • mate how old are you? Cos you're pretty fucking good.

But whats with the overly brash 'ONE TWO THREE FOUR' at the beginning... was that really neccessary? You couldn't have just tapped the sticks instead??

Still.... mad skills bro keep it up.

  • Lol...wtf is this kit hes playing on,shit sounds like the kid must have got it out of a cracker jack box!!!

  • @enjoiskater7777 hey true but on a bass drum pattern like this no need to use it un less ur playing songs like new millenium cyanide christ, Bleed most def, or any other really complex songs that meshuggah has. but none the less this song is awsome not much is required but it still sounds great.

  • Good job man :)

  • move to montana and you can join my band \m/ need a drummer for my band. got an 8 string and my buddy is gettin an 8 string, got a bassist. all i need is a drummer that can drum like a beast \m/ lol

  • yuh dude this is great (sides the 4/4 thing you mentioned in the description... i was like... air drumming along and was like noooo thats not how it goes... and i saw the comment about single foot training... it made sense except for that part cause i think it would be sooo much easier for your right hand to do what you wanted it to during that part)

  • Holy shit! You rock!

  • Aswome job bro, keep it up.
