@HotnessSearcher18 thanks for the explanation but i know the word arse. it's just at first i didn't know why it's funny but it's funny alone hearing it. and i guess i agree with you about the reason why it's funny. thank you.

@jhan021 The line that Phoebe was supposed to say right after Jennifer Coolidge's line was "Well in America, you're just an ass." But apparently there's something funny to her about the word arse, which is how British people pronounce it, just not as over-enunciated.
