In pa its a state wide permit, and is valid no matter where you go or move. It is not required to change the address on your permit at all. I had this verified by my former county sherrif and my new sheriff as well as local PD. Then when pulled over a townie hassled me because I have to change it within X amount of days or its invalid. He wasnt sure of the time limit. XD They sometimes have no idea how to handle it. Glad it went your way dewbie

That would be pretty sweet, though still not 100% unless you got people dressed as real cops to come in and try to intimidate people.

Yeah. We *really* should set up some role-playing at Liberty Forum or PorcFest!

Yeah, most everything I always told myself to do/say seemed to have disappeared when they showed up and had 3 of them and my back was against a bridge with a big fall. I should have been questioning them more (like what's illegal about carrying two pistols? and Am I free to go?)

anywhere except somebody's home of course lol

OK, that's what I thought. Thanks.

I called them and they said, "Uh ok; that's fine, just bring in the renewal form when it's time to renew."
RSA 159-6b states you are supposed to inform the new issuing authority in writing. No time frame or consequences; also states that the license is still valid through the expiration date.
But I think it's just someone telling me I should continue to open carry; except in the car cuz it's a major safety hazard to (un)load when I get in/out of the car.

good job doobie!
Don't ask the cops "what RSA" -- they don't need to know.
*DO* ask them if they are asking, or ordering, you, every single time they ask you to do something.
*DO* decline to show identification (just give your name and city of residence)
*DO* ask if you are being detained and if you are free to go.
Repeat the above 3 DO's until they let you go, or arrest you. If they arrest, ask for a lawyer and say NOTHING!!! until you have one

Which? Having to pay $10 to conceal carry? I couldn't agree more. If I'm not in jail I should be able to conceal carry or open carry anywhere within the United States of America.
