@amitbarfs You are mistaken. He was against the Civil Rights Act because it forced people, namely employers, to act with 'racial equality' on their own property. What I mean by that can be taken by the example of the racial quota. He feels by government forcing racial equality and labeling people, they end up not only overstepping their jurisdiction, but also harms movement towards a color-blind society.

@amitbarfs I'm sorry to say you have pretty shitty reasoning skills. What does you being a person of color have to do with anything? Ron Paul believes property rights and contracts should be fiercely protected for everyone. No groups have any more rights than another.
You do realize each state is different, and the popular vote means jack shit? He has the 2nd most delegates. Delegates are what matters.
