As an American, I do think westerners are numb or jaded to seeing sexual things or lots of skin. What might seem immodest to Iranians, Americans don't even see or think about. But America has still become very sexual to even Americans, just as Iran has perhaps become too modest or conservative for many Iranians.

I totally agree with her, Every person should have their own values of how they are going to cover themselves up. but for me, even if they would let me one day, i would never go out in the street without covering up most parts of my body in Iran, because its not that I have a problem with showing my legs, its just that the people there arent used to being exposed to that amount of nudity in public, so i wouldnt like the way aome men who were raised in Iran their whole lives would look at me.

@Sadaf333 you're very shallow!

le hijab c'est pas la burqa. Si de plus en plus de femmes portent le voile en europe, c'est parce qu'il y a de plus en plus de musulmans qui y vivent et ont gardé leur culture, et l'ot même renforcée pour ne pas s'intégrer.

This is something, I live in Boston, and most people love the way the Burqa/Hijab looks on people. If it wasn't religious, I'd probably wear one. I like the way she wears hers, I mean, she isn't even completely covered.
