  • @mounsteres well, you can still get to many places from MSP, Europe, Japan, Hawaii, etc, so I think flying west to MSP makes more sense, and creates an actual purpose to fly, if you're flying to Detroit, you might as well just drive there

  • @aviationdude Whats the point of flying to MSP anyways? It's just Delta's HUB

  • @mounsteres yeah I thought the same thing, but hey, they got my money, i'm flying TOL-MSP tomorrow lol

  • @aviationdude Which makes no sense, because how will you fly out of DTW for a flight to like Florida or something? You won't have your car at MSP, so it's like, I need to go to DTW, but all you do is send me to MSP? They will never get money that way.

  • @mounsteres The saab 340 went to Detroit, the AE ERJ's to ORD, but they have since ended TOL-DTW and replaced it with TOL-MSP

  • It only goes to Chicago so, yeah, I visit KTOL all the time (it's near me) and all that goes out 2 times (each) a day is Northwest airlink Saabs and American Eagle ERJ-145s. Sometimes F-16s fly out from the Air National Guard 180th Fighter Wing.

  • Despite the Saab being really small, I think it is a cool plane. Good video.
