This video was shot by the National Air and Space Museum's curator for modern military aircraft from the cockpit of the "Spirit of Tuskegee," a PT-13 Stearman that was used to train the Tuskegee Airmen during WWII. The aircraft was recently accessioned into the collection of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC).

The video was shot while landing in Manassas, VA en route to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center where it is planned for temporary display until it can be moved for permanent display at the new NMAAHC.
