Actually there are still some great musicians nowadays. Sadly those great musicians were suppressed by such things called "now" or "modern" music. Some sex and drugs abusive rappers, or some instant idols, and also some teenagers who didn't actually able to sing, even at the right note of their own songs. But the saddest thing is, kids nowadays only knew them, even thought that song they covered form the real band are their original song, and stupidly saying that the real band is a copycat.

@Brilliantbeing Could not agree with you more.

@wjf1950 unfortunately... I was born about 60 years late, but at least we still have my favorite part: the music itself.

A palate is whats missing these days, I cant stand and wont listen to anything created today...I love the sound of a vinyl, I love the pioneering of music back then, there was room to create and be individual, today everything is a copy of everything else. Now this is the first Beatles song I remember my Mom cleaning the house and me singing along to as a wee wane, everything come flooding back to this beauty!

@Brilliantbeing No, there is too much simplicity in new music, at least in rock. A guitar playing 2 or 3 power chords, drums playing the simplest beat, and an almost unheard bass playing 3 repeated quarter notes, and the singer usually sings about money, sex, drugs. Rock is dead.

Simplicity and sensitivity. This is what is missing today.

Very good post...very rare audio for us here in the states. As good as this is,it even makes the acoustic version sound even better, and I guess it didn't hurt once George Martin put his magic on it.
