Well, then, so what's the alternative? The sad truth is that the beaurocrats will never lose thier jobs. Teachers will. Voting no on prop 100 will not make the former more accountable, it will, rather, penalize the latter.

the non-teachers referred to here are people hired to keep kids safe...
kitchen workers, playground monitors, bus drivers, crossing guards.....not administrators
