I have the second BFME but I can't get it to work, even with the vista drivers. It really sucks....

i had some problems with vista 32 bit at first, then drivers sorted me out.
hopefully windows 7 will be easy to sort too

I have no idea, but I'm sure there are drivers you will need to install. I needed them for Vista 64 bit
