University of Texas - Greehey Children's Cancer Research

On September 12, Hope on Wheels visited the University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio. Local Hyundai executives including Tom Hetrick presented Dr. Tom Mayes, Dr. Gail Tomlinson and Dr. Gregory Aune with a $100,000 Hope Grant to fund their ongoing research to explore why there are increased incidences of childhood leukemia in South Texas. Local FOX and Univision affiliates were on-hand to capture the check presentation.
