Here it finally is, a quick review and playthrough (play-view) of MLB 2k9 from 2k Sports. This game is riddled with bugs but overall it is a fairly enjoyable title with an easier to enjoy price tag. It has it's moments of absolutle frustration, but still manages to match most of those with moments of absolute brilliance.

Final score (mostly due to the $20 price) 3 out of 5 stars!

Go pick it up! It's cheap and fun when it's not punching itself in the face! And just in case you were wondering, final score of this game:

Yankees - 4
Mets - 3

It was super tight for the rest of the game, but I managed to get 1 on base and Jeter smashed it out of the park. Ended up being the only other scoring in the game. Sabathia pulled through 6 straight shut out innings. I nearly died, it was a ridiculously fun game. :)

... I noticed LONG after recording this that I was actually playing on the hardest difficulty in the game. Not too bad considering, eh?

yep, franchise is basically season mode. You can control a lot of the typical aspects of the season and it runs through without a hitch. there's injuries, rosters, etc. so it's all there.

I do not think that there is such a real baseball game in Japan though I am Japanese who lives in Japan.

It's not a camera man. It's screen capture software. Probably FRAPs though there is other software that works similar to FRAPs.

the last Baseball game I played was $108 and it was "Ken Griffey Jr's Winning Run" for Super Nintendo. (Not even joking about the price) can't believe my dad actually bought it for me, lol

if you want them not to crush all the balls then go to diffuclty and pitching and turn the pitch speed to 80 or 85 it more diffucilt and better for you its pretty tough
