how do you use arrow keys in a powerpoint game? thats what im really troubling with

At the moment you can't. I made it by using the down arrow key to go to the next slide which has the background move up. It's sort of a gimmick.

This is horribly pathetic. You idiots don't understand how incredibly easy it is to take screenshots of the game, and then post it in order. And Powerpointgames, don't be a dumbass, it has to be frame by frame. There is no such thing than a Live action Powerpoint.
