This just does not fit to his picture of the "peaceloving US presidency candidate of the democrats" at that time. Today the propaganda war makers even need a NOBEL PRICE to create a series of wars.
In another interview he added, that this war series is actually against former soviet satellite states, because they subsumed that Russia would not intervene

by 50-75% at least if we want to survive.
with 7B population and growth of 1.5%/year you got 1 person / m2 of dry land in 800 years.
hence wars, religions, cancer, oil, polution, GMO etc in XXI century.
global, population reduction.
humanity is a cancer of this planet and we need to controlled.

Of all the politicians out there, Clark seems to be (by far) the most intelligent. Which just makes him scarier, I certainly don't trust him. I assume he will be Obama's VP pick.
