FAQ:

1Q: How to I remove key bindings?
1A: On the trainer.ini file, find the key binding that you want to remove. Search for it, or find it by scrolling. When you have found it, it might look something like this: GodKeyOn1=163. Just delete that number and replace it with a 0. If there are 2, then do the same for both. Save, quit, then play.

@MrTragiiKz Well, I don't know a fast way to disable ALL, but you just delete the numbers after the = sign.
