  • I am curious, what weights are you working with? Good job!

  • @CrinaStefana Thank you. It depends on what exercise I am doing. For rear fly's I am probably doing 10-12 lbs dumbbells Be well. Alycia

You can definitely tell you know what you're talking about, the reason for my comment was because I've searched on youtube and most of these exercises make women lose their curves, and bulky, but you are extremely lean and toned, and I think that's amazing!! I wouldn't want to work out if the person I worked out with had no hips or anything feminine, that's just my opinion.

All the best with your business and thanks for replying - it was a lovely surprise :)

  • @Moviesmoveme Thank you for the support and the compliment :) be well. Alycia

  • Hi, I am a new subscriber, and I love your form! Question..are you recommending just one set or exactly how many sets do you suggest? Thanks so much!

  • dear Miss Fitness,

I am afraid to get too big arms (muscles) whenever I do something with my arms. But I want to tone my upper arm. I already think that my arm is too manly. What can I do?
