As far as I can see, no strobe lights were used in that clip, the flashing effect seen can be done with most laterns, including the 300s or the 600s,

the strobe effect is created by the entours, try for yourself, just set the gobo wheel speed to maximum. you can even see its wheel one because you see the yellow and blue of the split color gobo's
