Hahaha...one Internationally known culinary item of Indonesia, yet largely unknown to most Indonesian, is the "Balinese Babi Guling" or Balinese Roast Pork". It is well known around the world, yet most Indonesian refused to consume it as most Indonesians are Moslem.

Roast pork , It looks so delicious and it must taste good. Yum. ..man, i wish i have some money to travel to that restaurant. Indonesia rocks....beautiful landscape , rich in culture. Man ,i love Indonesia.
