Sorry its taken so long to take a very serious look at what you have been doing. Ive spent over an hour studying your videos this morning. You are doing some really good science.
Im wondering what you think is going on with the last test (about 6 minutes into the video), with 5 neutrals and about 2.2 mmw. I was a bit confused about the wire configuration but Im guessing that the low mmw might be due to current leakage in the wet cell. What did you conclude?

I would like to get a decent clip over type that can handle up to 150 amps, but I will have to save up some money first.
Thanks

nicely done ... would be great if once you accumulate all your test data, you could present a consolodated summary of your findings ... what you are doing has been done many times before but many people including myself ... what has not been done as far as know is a single video that clearly presents the what/how/why of device design in a clear and concise manner ... the info is out there, its just over most folks heads ...

Thanks, I feel like I am slowly getting closer to being able to make such a video. Even though most of these tests have been done many times before, I find that it helps me to get it right in my own head. I need to be able to prove everything to myself before making any rash decisions with a final design, mainly because I can't afford the cost of getting it wrong too many times.
Thanks for your input.
