@rileyxisxhere When did I say all Jamaicans are black? I said there are more Blacks living within the country, 70% is Black the rest are other races. I'd imagine most of the people at a Jamaican festival in Japan come for the reggae, but stay for the novelty of seeing real Jamaicans.
