hi i had a question .. so iʻm very into making these kinds of crafts & stuff, but i donʻt understand how you guys are tieing together the balloons before you put them on the rack & how to tie them when theyʻre on the rack.

help please!! lol

Hi, Thanks for asking I saw a video here on how to tie the two together, I thought it was by the Barron of Balloons, LuzEmily but I tried to find it for you its not there.... Stay tunned I will put up a short video to show you how.

I found the wooden dowel at the major chain home improvement store. And the base is a finished wood plaque type piece i found at the major chain craft store it was in the section that had the clock making supplies.
