Hamsher: Bradley Manning's Conditions Won't Improve Until People Ask Questions

FireDogLake founder Jane Hamsher accompanied David House, a friend of alleged WikiLeaks whistleblower Bradley Manning, to Quantico Sunday, where instead of visting Manning, they were detained until visitation hours expired, and had their vehicle impounded.

Thank you, Jane! I read your and David's twitter feeds during his previous attempt to visit Bradley.  It's disgusting that the Marines are not "only" torturing him but have abused his visitors, his friends in Boston and even his mother, who came here from Wales but wasn't allowed to see him. The situation is insane and the military and government are entirely responsible. They can't re-write history and make Bradley the bad guy. They're the bad guys, and looking worse every day.

Awww! Poor little Bradley Manning. Bradley Manning is a traitor and people will die as a result of his treachery. I hope they throw him down the hole where the Chilean miners were. I only wish they were torturing the little bastard. He compromised our national security and deserves whatever punishment he gets. He broke the law by joining the military in the first place. They should waterboard him to discover what he knows.

I hope he gets life in solitary without parole.
