the disk, although firm, does go a long way at evenly distributing the impact when tapping the screen. you dont get that sense of tapping on a fragil screen. i prefer it to that squishy nub type styllus. feels closer to pen to notebook when writing.

Do you find that tapping on the screen with the Jot Pro is too loud? I'm a bit hesitant to buy this and take it to class to take notes because of the noise...
