Djubuti is bordered by Eritrea in the north, Ethiopia in the west and south, and Somalia in the southeast but Djibouti are Somali (mostly Issas) and Afars. Somalia was divided into five semi-autonomous regions Italian Somaliland (South Somalia), British Somaliland (North Somalia), French Somaliland (Djibouti), the Ogaden region of Ethiopia and north Kenya (NFD).It was during 1884-1885 (Berlin Conference to Divide Africa) that the decision was made. Thus Djubuti is located in Horn of Africa.
