@DrInductor duh!!! Ya think?? It's a spoof, a parody, a joke!! .....it's supposed to be tongue in cheek, a take off on the serious, usually boring, videos that are shown at schools and workplaces.

I Like the way that our modern Police forces practice the the use of electrons by using "teasers". The teaser works by having condensed carpet installed within the housing to hold the charge. They then "tease" poor unsuspecting drunks, after they get a little rowdy. The teasers are then recharged by off duty police rubbing old slipper soles over a small piece of exposed carpet on the side of the teaser. They are then put back in stores ready for use. It's true.
