Cheney Protest 10:21 - No racism, no war...

"No racism, no war! This is what we're fighting for."

In what seemed to be a monumental waste of police resources, a large number of officers, including mounted police, escorted protesters on a "march" from The Rocks to Surry Hills Police Station some 2km away.

Under the pretext of 'thanking' Australia for playing along about Iraq, US Vice President and WAR CRIMINAL Richard Cheney is coming to town to keep the pressure on Howard re more Australian troops in iraq -- the opposite of what Blair is doing. Given how unpopular both Cheney and his disastrous war in Iraq are, the rest of Australia is definitely not thankful that he is setting foot on our soil...
