@xXRosaOscuraXx isn't that what her tiara is for, it's a lighting rod too not just a pretty looking jewelry piece. So I find it weird they used her leg instead of her tiara it was unnecessary. In the manga & anime she used her Tiara for her lighting attacks... I don't mind what they did here for PGSM but it looked more cheesy they used her leg and shes spinning so awkwardly..

She's using her leg as a lightning rod... so it's not exactly just twirling for nothing. On that note, was it necessary for Usagi to take forever to "Moon Tiara Magic" in the anime? It's the same principle.

Oh what the hell was that?!!, I like the part where she shoots the Lightning, but come on?!!, that twirling at the beginning was completely unnecessary and had no relevance to the attack whatsoever.
