"Disguised" , does not mean they are actually Hasidic Jews. Notice they do not have the requisite curly sideburns characteristic of Hasidim (:37). More likely they are white racists pretending to be Jewish. Two birds with one stone so to speak. All racists, of any kind, are evil.
