WRONG. This is how you do a watered down, americanized Switch kick. You're supposed to turn your hips basically 180 that puts more force into it. And your not supposed to kick straight up in the air like this idiot. WTF is he gonna hit kicking straight up? You kick Sideways into the opponents ribs. *Sigh* Seems like americans find a way to fuck up something. And for the record that guy wouldn't last a second in a real Muay Thai match, fatty.

@cheerydolce You can tell he's doing a more Karate based kick which doesn't have to follow through the opponent / pad. You can also tell because there is little to no power behind that kick. Guy holding the pads didn't move an inch.
