Spinal intramedullary tumors are extremely rare. Surgery for this tumor is technically challenging with absolutely no room for error. This clip shows one such tumor being excised. The patient was a 30 year old male who presented with progressive weakness of his lower limbs. His surgery was uneventful and the patient began to walk without support after surgery.
