Of course that's the studio track, they all did that on tv shows back then, I've haerd that song hundreds of times. Doesn't matter I've seen stryper 3 times they are a great live band, don't think they don't play live! God bless stryper

same as studio. few bands can play live as studio.

I don't thinks its a playback Oz's lead is where I noticed a difference from the recorded version he puts a twist in the lead section in the middle and the end seems he started and was off a bit and corrected one fret up may it seem seamless because he is that good. I'm a guitar player and have done the same thing live .

Great song by a great group!!! Great vocals by someone who actually can sing, compared to some of today's "screamers"!!! I'm giving it a "Thumbs-up", and also adding it to my "Love Songs" play-list!!! Wouldn't it be fantastic if there were more groups like Stryper in today's music scene???

good song, Stryper always retains the quality of live album

Great song and an overlooked album

This was obviously filmed for a TV show, and there is clearly atleast 3 guitars playing, so yes I'd say this is playback. But just because its for a tv show. They may have gave him a live mic and cut the vocal track. At a regular concert, of course they don't use play back, they would get found out too quick
