@phamdangkhoa2410 what you don't take under consideration is that the stars have a saying in who they get. for example, i know for a fact that nicole sherzinger asked for derek after she saw his Futuristic Paso Doble with Joanna Krupa in Season 9....so, you know...when you want to win, you ask for the best. That is why Derek gets the beautiful, talented girls. They ask for him.

I dont know why but Derek always got beautiful girls with high potential ability of dancing: Jennie, Joana, Brooke, Nicole, Shannon, and Lil Kim (she's not beautiful but obviously talented of dancing). I think that's kind of unfair!
